How it Works

Main Content Area

Our Path is built upon what's called Computer-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy or C-CBT.  There is a significant and growing body of research validating its effectiveness.  Additionally, we have incorporated several videos and animations as learning tools to help you learn and engaged with the Path.

There are 5 Tracks for you to follow at your own pace and you can access it anywhere, anytime.

The Tracks are:

- Getting Better - You Can Do This

- My Thoughts

- My Emotions

- My Behaviors

- Staying Better - Maintaining Your Changes

Throughout the Path we have included a number of forms for you to interact with that will help you in a number of ways.  For example, if you have disturbing thoughts, our Thought Change Worksheet can assist you in processing your thoughts for a more positive outcome.  We help you learn about Automatic Negative Thoughts or ANT's as psychitrist Dr. Daniel Amen calls them.  You will find some tools to help you relax when distressed, track your mood, log your activities, build a support network, and find ways to begin more positive momentum in your life.

Most of all, we want to encourage you and help you find hope, which we define as: Holding Onto Possibility Expectations.  The expectation that your life can be better, combined with the tools in your Path to help you get there.

So, if you have not yet started your Path, we encourage you to begin now.
