According to the President's Council on Fitness, Sports and Nutrition, "Physical activity is an essential component of a healthy lifestyle." That doesn’t mean you have to go on a 20-mile run every day, however, it does mean you need to engage in a regular fitness routine that addresses your health goals, whether you’re trying to lose weight, build muscle, or just stay in shape. For people trying to develop a comfortable fitness regimen, it can be hard to know the best place to start.
